Learning about your pain can help to give you a better understanding about different self-management strategies you may be able to adopt whilst living with your pain. Remembering, that everyone one’s pain experience is different and everyone has different goals they would like to work towards. Do you need extra help?
You can opt to be contacted by a trained pain coach (somebody who knows what it’s like to live with daily pain) who can offer you additional support to help with your goals if you need it.
We are very sorry but due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to offer any new pain coaches at the moment but will endeavour to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
