Sally Searle

Therapy Assistant

I joined the Dorset pain management service in July 2019. I started working for the NHS in January 2008. Within that time I have worked in a hospital setting, the community as O.T assistant, as a rehabilitation assistant and as a physiotherapy technical instructor, gaining a lot of experience in acute and long term conditions.

I really enjoy working within this service, taking a more holistic approach to pain, supporting clinicians in a variety of ways. I enjoy working with individuals and working in a group setting (which can be even done virtually) to enable people with pain to acquire new skills, confidence and knowledge to feel they can take back control of their lives again.

It is a privilege to work with the Dorset Pain Management Service to be a part of a friendly, supportive and caring team where learning and development never stops.
