The Self-Directed Pain Management Programme is an online course all about pain management.
It mirrors the six-week face-to-face pain management programme that is usually run by the Dorset Pain Management Service. Due to Covid-19, this has been moved to an e-learning programme that people can work through on their own, with the support of their Clinician.
The programme incorporates a mixture of video, text and questions.
