    Dear all,

As I write this, I hope that you, your family and friends are as well as can be at this time of Coronavirus Covid-19.

Coronavirus evokes a lot of different reactions from us, including anxiety, fear and a sense of waiting and watching … news from around the world hardly inspires confidence and non-stop social media updates could generate more alarm than support…

At this crucial time, I just wanted to make a few suggestions on how we can all combat Covid and manage our stress and distress (in addition to handwashing, social distancing and keeping generally sensible and safe, of course!), so please follow the link.

May I end by wishing you and your loved ones the very best and also by assuring you that our ‘virtual’ door is always open – please do drop us an email or check out our Facebook page and we will reply to you as soon as we can.
