I have worked as a nurse for over 30 years, initially in General nursing though the majority of my career has specialised in working with adults experiencing mental health problems. For the last two years I have been privileged to work with the Dorset Community Pain Service team helping people to improve their self-management skills and work towards achieving personal goals.
