The Steps to Wellbeing Service is a free, confidential, NHS service for to people aged 18+. We provide a service across Dorset for people registered with a Dorset GP surgery. We offer a range of treatments for people experiencing mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders
Dorset Mind is a mental health charity that has been supporting local people with mental health difficulties since 1946. We educate, challenge stigma and provide support towards peoples’ wellbeing and recoverytowards positive mental health in Dorset. Although an affiliate of national Mind we generate all our funding and do not receive income from Mind or the high street shops.

The Dorset Mental Health Forum is a local peer led charity. We exist to improve the lives of everyone affected by mental illness by promoting wellbeing and recovery. We were established in 1992 and employ people with lived experience of mental health problems whenever possible. Our main office premises are situated in Durngate Street in the market town of Dorchester.

A Pain Chain Coach is somebody who has chronic pain and therefore understands the challenge of living with daily pain.
