We work in partnership with sports clubs, schools, community groups and individuals to help shape and improve community sport, facilities and events in Poole. We promote an active and healthy lifestyle and encourage all members of the community to try new sports and activities. These can be based in Leisure Centres or in Poole's idyllic surroundings, on land or sea.
Free activities include healthy walks, the many cycling routes, outdoor gyms in a number of Poole’s parks, swimming for 60+ and Tennis in Hamworthy Park. Beach volleyball & soccer equipment is available every year between April and September on our beaches which are available for anyone to use.
Poole Sailability welcomes anyone with impaired health or a disability to enjoy active sailing in a friendly club environment during the summer months on the beautiful waters of Poole Harbour. Previous sailing experience is not necessary. We aim to accommodate most disabilities, but you should be able to board a boat unaided, or with limited physical assistance.

Would you like phone or online support from a Pain Chain Coach?
A Pain Chain Coach is somebody who has chronic pain and therefore understands the challenge of living with daily pain.
We are very sorry but due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to offer any new pain coaches at the moment but will endeavour to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
