A pain chain coach is somebody who has chronic pain and therefore understands the challenge of living with daily pain. They are trained to support you to take positive steps to improve your wellbeing and quality of life in between appointments with the pain service, or after you have been discharged.

Do you need extra help?
You can opt to be contacted by a trained pain coach (somebody who knows what it’s like to live with daily pain) who can offer you additional support to help with your goals if you need it.
We are very sorry but due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to offer any new pain coaches at the moment but will endeavour to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
